Read all installation instructions before installing the fixture and keep the attached instruction sheet. 2. This step light is intended for installation in accordance with the National Electric Code (NEC) and local code specifications. 3. The operating voltage range is 9V-15V AC/DC. Application Notice TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK, OR INJURY TO PERSONS, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW: 1. Keep away from combustibles. Turn OFF / unplug to change lamp. DO NOT touch the lamp and replace after servicing 2. When using multiple luminaires, load is not to exceed the total watts of trasformer rating 3. DO NOT operate the LED Deck Light fitted with a missing or damaged shield 4. Install all luminaires 10 feet (3.05m) or more from a pool, spa, or fountain 5. DO NOT touch the lamp directly at any time. Use a soft cloth. Oil from skin may damage the lamp 6. ALWAYS use UL, cUL, and CSA recognized wire connectors for connections 7. DO NOT use extension cords on power units 8. DO NOT touch hot lens, guard, or enclosure CAUTION PLEASE READ INSTRUCTION BEFORE COMMENCING INSTALLATION AND RETAIN FOR FUTURE REFERENCES. Electrical products can cause death or injury, or damage to property. If in any doubt about the installation or use of this product, consult a competent electrician. COMPONENTS Please make sure the following items are included when opening the box: INSTALLATION Fixtures Installation Instruction Mounting Screws 1. Turn off the power supply. 2. Open the fixture by twisting the cap counterclockwise, then pulling the cap away from the fixture. The first time it may be difficult because the fixture has a tight O-ring seal. 3. Determine the desired location for each fixture, if desired, drill the wireway hole at this time. Hold the fixture with gasket at back in correct direction (lead the wire through the wireway hole if necessary), secure with screws. When installing on surfaces like brick or concrete walls, plastic anchors are required. Mark the location of the holes with the template in FIG.B and drill the holes for the plastic anchors with an appropriate drill bit for the material you are drilling into. Place the plastic anchors in the holes. If desired, drill the wireway hole at this time. Put fixture with gasket at back to the location, (lead the wire through the wireway hole if necessary) screw the 2 screws into the anchors through the holes on the fixture, securing the fixture. 4. Strip the 2 leads from the fixture pigtail wire. Connect the leads from the fixture to the main low voltage supply cable leads. 5. Put back the cap and fix it by twisting clockwise.
