1. Justification of using the alternative method of e-labeling for the product
The electronic labeling method was used because the radiofrequency device is equipped with an integrated electronic display screen.
2. According to KDB 784748 D02 e labeling v02 section 4, for devices with an integrated electronic display, or those devices that only operate in conjunction with another associated product that has an electronic display, below info has been stated in e-label and/or user manual.
A. User Steps to Access Information
Users can access the information in no more than three steps from the product's menu. Product access process is as follows: For Handheld Mode: Starting from Main or Home Menu: Step 1 ­ Click on "Settings icon " Step 2 ­ Click on "Device information" Step 3 ­ Click on "Legal and Regulatory"
For Tablet Mode: Starting from Main or Home Menu: Step 1 Click on "Settings icon " Step 2 ­ Click on "About Tablet" Step 3 ­ Click on "Legal and Regulatory"

B. Products must not require special accessories or supplemental plug-ins (e.g., the installation of a SIM/USIM card) to access the information. The product does not require special accessories or supplemental plug-ins to access the information. Access to the information does not require special codes, accessories, or permissions beyond the normal security protection to unlock the screen, sign-in page, or overall product access.
