For other test data, please refer to FCC ID: 2APJ4SLM750VA, IC: 23860-SLM750.These test results on a sample of the device are for the purpose of demonstrating Compliance with 47 CFR FCC Part 22 & 24 & 27 & 90, RSS-130 Issue 2,RSS-132 Issue 4, RSS-199 Issue 4,RSS-139 Issue 4,RSS-133 Issue 6 Amendment 1. 3. The measurement result is considered in conformance with the requirement if it is within the prescribed limit, It is not necessary to account the uncertainty associated with the measurement result. 4. RF output power measurement procedures

The conducted RF Output Power measurements were made at the RF output terminals of the EUT using the power meter of the Universal Radio Communication tester R&S CMW500, selecting maximum transmission power of the EUT and different modes of modulation. Peak to average ratio(PAPR) is used equation PAPR(dB)=PPK(dBm)-PAVG(dBm), where PPK is measured peak power, and PAVG is measured average power. The maximum equivalent isotropically radiated power(e.i.r.p.) is calculated by adding the declared maximum antenna gain(dBi). The maximum effective radiated power e.r.p. is calculated form the maximum equivalent isotropically radiated power(e.i.r.p.) by subtracting 2.15 dB: E.R.P = E.I.R.P. ­ 2.15 dB

4.2 Radiated Emissions

VERDICT: PASS

4.2.1 Limit

Band Standard

FCC §22.917: The power of any emission outside of the authorized operating frequency ranges must be attenuated below the transmitting power (P) by a factor of at least 43 + 10 log(P) dB.

FCC §90.691: For any frequency removed from the EA licensee's frequency block greater than 37.5 kHz,

the power of any emission shall be attenuated below the transmitter power (P) in watts by at least 43 +

10Log10(P) decibels or 80 decibels, whichever is the lesser attenuation, where f is the frequency

removed from the center of the outer channel in the block in kilohertz and where f is greater than 37.5

kHz.

RSS-132: Section 5.5: The power of emissions in any 100 kHz bandwidth shall be attenuated (in dB) below the transmitter output power P (dBW) by at least 43 + 10 log10 p (watts).

FCC §24.238: The power of any emission outside of the authorized operating frequency ranges must be attenuated below the transmitting power (P) by a factor of at least 43 + 10 log(P) dB. 2/25 RSS-133 Section 6.5: The emission power in any 1 MHz bandwidth shall be attenuated (in dB) below the transmitter output power P (dBW) by at least 43 + 10 log10 p(watts).

FCC §27.53(g): For operations in the 600 MHz band and the 698-746 MHz band, the power of any emission outside a licensee's frequency band(s) of operation shall be attenuated below the transmitter power (P) within the licensed band(s) of operation, measured in watts, by at least 43 + 10 log (P) dB. Compliance with this provision is based on the use of measurement instrumentation employing a resolution bandwidth of 100 kilohertz or greater. However, in the 100 kilohertz bands immediately outside and adjacent to a licensee's frequency block, a resolution bandwidth of at least 30 kHz may be employed.

FCC §27.53(c): On any frequency outside the 776-788 MHz band, the power of any emission shall be attenuated outside the band below the transmitter power (P) by at least 43 + 10 log (P) dB.
12/13/17 On all frequencies between 763-775 MHz and 793-805 MHz, by a factor not less than 65 + 10 log (P) dB in a 6.25 kHz band segment, for mobile and portable stations.

RSS-130 Section 4.7: The unwanted emissions in any 100 kHz bandwidth on any frequency outside the low frequency edge and the high frequency edge of each frequency block range(s), shall be attenuated below the transmitter power, P (dBW), by at least 43 + 10 log10 p (watts), dB.
Equipment operating in the frequency bands 746- 756 MHz and 777-787 MHz shall also comply with the following restrictions: The power of any unwanted emissions in any 6.25 kHz bandwidth for all frequencies between 763-775 MHz and 793-806 MHz shall be attenuated below the transmitter power, P (dBW), by at least: 65 + 10 log10 p (watts), dB, for mobile and portable equipment. The e.i.r.p. in the band 1559-1610 MHz shall not exceed -70 dBW/MHz for wideband signal and -80 dBW for discrete emission with bandwidth less than 700 Hz.

FCC §27.53(h): The power of any emission outside a licensee's frequency block shall be attenuated below the transmitter power (P) in watts by at least 43 + 10 log10 (P) dB. 4/41 RSS-139 Section 6.6: The emission power in any 1 MHz bandwidth shall be attenuated below the transmitter output power P (in dBW) by at least 43 + 10 log10 p (watts) dB.
