Troubleshooting
Trouble 1: Does not turn on. Solution A: Check that the power connector is fully plugged in. Solution B: Replace the power adapter. Trouble 2: Device "TaNix-10" cannot be found on transmitter, such as your phone. Solution A: Check that this device is in pairing status with the blue light blinking. Solution B: Reboot this device or clear its pairing record. Solution C: Reboot the transmitter or its Bluetooth. Trouble 3: Noise. Solution A: Make sure that the power cable and audio cable are not connected to the same
player. Solution B: Check that the audio cable is in good contact. Trouble 4: Low volume. Solution A: Check that both ends of the audio cable are fully plugged in and in good contact. Solution B: Check whether the output mode of the source device is Bluetooth stereo or
