Function Introduction

1. After connecting to the power supply, the blue indicator lights up, and automatically turns off after three seconds, and the charging board enters the standby state.
2. The mobile phone with wireless charging function is placed on the charging board, and the LED indicator lights up.
3. When the blue indicator light is on, it is the normal charging state.
4. When there are foreign objects, high temperature, low temperature, temperature, over voltage, over current, etc, the indicator light will flash. Take off the devices light turns off.

Precautions Tor Use

Please pay attention to the following issues, otherwise it may cause abnormal charging, high charging temperature, intermittent charging, or even not charging.

1. Not compatible with devices other than Apple, such as Samsung.
2. Please put the phone/watch at the center of charge area.
3. We recommend QC2.0/3.0 fast charger adapter (9V/2A), which can charge three devices at the same time while maintaining the fastest speed. The 5V/2A charger can only provide a normal charging speed, which will be slower than that of a fast charger.
4. The charging distance is 2-8 mm, please don't wear protective case which is over 3mm thick.
5. The watch has temperature control. When the temperature reaches 104 °F, it will stop charging automatically. If the temperature is normal, it will continue to charge.
6. No metal or magnetic objects around 6cm of the back center of the phone during charging.
7. The lower temperature, the faster charging speed. The charging speed is faster in winter than in summer.
8. Please don't charge in high temperature and humid environments to avoid damage of circuit.
9. Put it at the place that children can't reach to avoid unnecessary accidents.

Troubleshooting

1. Update the device to the latest system.
2. Make sure your device that supports wireless charging.
3. Make sure to use the original charging cable and adapter
4. Avoid high ambient temperature optimal temperature is 82-86°F
5. When the phone or watch cannot be fully charged, try the following: Open [Settings]-[Battery Health]-[Turn off battery optimization].
6. When the earphones are exhausted and cannot be charged, please take out the earphones and charge the storage compartment separately.
7. .When the blue light flashes, indicating abnormal charging please check whether there are foreign objects around.
